Take off from London to India "History of Raman Effect"

  • Sir, C.V.Raman made his trip to London in 1921, invited by English Physicist J.J.Thomson and Lord Rutherford because of Raman's reputation research in acoustics. His nominal research on the vibrations and sound of string instruments  such as Violin, Veena, Tabla and Mridangam.
  • In his return trip from London to Bombay in ship would change his future.  During his voyage, he was fascinated in deep blue sky.
  • His mind blow with sea,think about Rayleigh prediction about sea. Unable to accepting it. Rayleigh explain colour of sea is reflection of sky. When the ship reached the shore.
  • Short a while, Raman find out colour of sea was scattering of sun light in water molecule, blue was the resulting of the scattering by molecule in air.
  • 💐 Finally He find out the mystery of "Light Scattering'

Human eye has some limitation to sense particular wavelength of electromagnetic spectrum, those are all we call as "visible light".  sun is the main natural source light up the world.          Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac was an English theoretical Physicist and Noble Laureate, one of the developer of Quantum mechanics and Quantum electrodynamics.
